CBT - breaking OCD down into steps
- It can be difficult to fight OCD all in one go, so sometimes
you need to break it down into smaller steps.
- Start by working on something that’s not too difficult
and build up to the harder things.
- It can be hard to do cognitive behaviour therapy; other people
can help but your own practice is the most important part.
- Use helpful thoughts to fight your OCD.
